Bad Disney Trip Experience

Me and my family went to Disney World not too long ago. We stayed for seven days and changed from the Polynesian, to the Grand Floridian, and then to Carribean Beach. We had a wonderful time at the Polynesian. But when we went to the GF, we couldn't wait to get to CB. We stayed on the concierge at GF. So, first of all, when we went to the lounge, we saw some interesting foods. We asked the waitresses what this one food was. She said that she had no clue. She said that all she does is take the food out. So we didn't eat a lot because we didn't know what we were eating. Second of all, when we got to our room, it looked so nice. But we were totally wrong. There were the regular two beads, desk, and tv. But then, there was this big chair with a foot stool. It was huge! It was by the window so we could barley get to the balcony. Then the beds are very close to the wall seperating the bathroom sink from the sleeping area. And then the desk is right in the hallway. And underneath the desk is the other table that you usually get at delux resorts. But it wouldn't go under the desk all the way. So the table is sticking out of the desk along with the chair which is like a foot away from the bed. So we could barley get through with all of our luggage and of course our big owners locker bins. And when we wanted to eat breakfast, we had to eat on the beds! We could barley get the table out of the desk. So then, once we finally get all of our luggage through, we try to get the suitcase holder out of the closet. When we open the closet, the door knob falls off. One of the screws were loose. So then, a little bit later, I go to the bathroom. Then I realize that the toilet won't flush unless you flush it like four times. Then, the next day when I'm washing my hands, I get a towel from a towel hook in the bathroom since the rest of my family used the wash clothes. When I take the towel off the hook, the hook becomes loose and almost falls off! After that, the doorknob, toilet, the crammed in space, and the food, we couldn't wait to get to CB. I just couldn't believe that that all happened at GF. I was extreamly surprised. I've never had a problem like that before at any Disney resort. GF was crossed off our "Hotel we haven't stayed at" list. But was checked off of our "Hotel we're not staying at again" list. And the best of all, our room was supposed to be a just refurbished room! We were the first people to stay in that room after it was redone. I couldn't believe it. I totally told the concierge worker this problem. I'm not sure Walt would appreciate that.
