We had a very late check in Friday night. I had called the resort directly that morning to confirm we would be arriving that evening and double checked on our requests.
We had a "water view" room that was so bad it was laughable. How do they consider the view through a huge bush of the pool stairs railing a water view?!
I believe it is the Unofficial Guide that reccomends only getting a standard at this resort because of the overly wide definition of what they consider water view. I now know exactly what they mean. We were moved the next day but next time I'll just book a standard.

We really like the BC too. But have ALWAYS had to move the next day, even when checking in early in the day?
I would definately write a letter or you might get a survey card from the bc and mention there also! You need satisfaction and they need to fix this problem.
