Bad Attraction Assistance Pass Experience at US last time, really apprehensive for next time!

I was there this past week with my best friend who has stage 4 breast and liver cancer. [...] (She is VERY strong willed and never asks for assistance or uses the C word to get any kind of assistance ever) on the second day I just insisted we go to guest services to see what they had to offer, I was very disappointed when it was only a wheelchair....

That sounds like a brilliant time to use the c-word.
