Backstage dinner at Epcot

That's pretty cool. I am still surprised that they held the event in that backstage kitchen. What a big risk knowing that if it wasn't spotless and up to par, it'd be plastered all over blogs everywhere.

Is this an event that happens year round. Have not seen before. Any info would be great. Home in just 18 days for 2 weeks.:dance3:

Yum! Thanks for sharing! Is this food all available at restaurants now? I would love to try the tuna tartare on our next trip but don't have any idea where to get it.

That doesn't look like a sad little crab cake. It looks pretty good! :lmao: What kind of tuna was used for the tartare? Sashimi! :rotfl2: The Tiramisu Gelato Over Espresso and Amaretto Zabaglione looks really good!! Great, now I'm hungry.

That was an interesting piece. I just read another person's blog post mentioning seeing Jaden (who was in the pics in the post you linked) in Orlando at the Pillsbury Bake Off Food News Seminar, which is being held at the Bonnet Creek Hilton. I wonder if this event was related?

Love the blog, but I caught a funny typo:

"More than 30 tons of fruits and vegetables are grown at The Lawn pavilion at Epcot and served in Disney World restaurants."

The Lawn Pavilion.. . .:rotfl:
