Backpacks for children

We are going to WDW in March and will have 2 children under the age of 2. We have been there many times and were trying to remember if we ever saw any children in backpacks. When we take walks at home we always use the backpacks because they are up high and can see everything. Are you allowed to have backpacks in the parks?

absolutely. When we went in June we used our Ergo instead of a stroller. Our daughter much preferred it.

When my son was little we used a backpack that converted to a stroller. It was perfect for him because even as a stroller he sat in it differently than a regular stroller and at the time he didn't like regular strollers. We got TONS of comments on that gizmo! Let me find a pic....I bought it on clearance at walmart for like $7 and that was about 5 years ago but maybe they make something similar still?

I looked it up on ebay and the brand is InStep - the auction on ebay looked like they got the same benefit we did....This works great if you have a vacation planned to any Amusement Park especially Disney World. Anytime one of the rides or attractions said NO STROLLERS we would just plop it on our back and never once woke our son up.
