Backpack/daypack at Seaworld

I've gotten used to carrying around a college student-style backpack/daypack loaded with my maps/park notes, old-style 8mm tape video camera, digital still camera, extra batteris and tape, water bottle, small snacks, sunscreen, hat and other assorted pieces of junk. Sounds horrible but not a problem for me.

I don't want to store this in a locker for the day. How problematic is it carrying such an item around in Seaworld?

I assume I'm going to have to place this in a short term locker for Krakken but what about the other rides (Atlantis and Arctic)?

You have to put your stuff in the locker for Atlantis as well but not Arctic. I don't like having to do that because I felt I could only ride once since we didn't want to keep renting the locker everytime we went on.
