Backoack, fanny Pack....

I'm going to take a backpack. Fanny pack around my middle? No way

Backpack on potentially rainy days (more than the typical 20 minute downpours) for the extra gear - otherwise a fanny pack.

I was thinking about one of those sling backpacks. The ones that are on your back but only go over one shoulder. I would be too tempted to fill up a normal sized backpack. If I dont go with the sling backpack, I will get a new fannypack. I just remember them being so small when I was really little. Anyone have any experience with the sling backpacks?

We always take a back pack that has a water bladder (a Camelback). In the morning we fill it with ice (mainly) and water to drink from during the day, thereby reducing costs. We still purchase beverages with our meals, but when we just want a small drink of cold water, we have it.

We keep sunscreen, bug spray, and a change of clothes for DS in it, too.

I have carry different packs with me. I have messager bag, big fanny pack, aand small slig backpack I bought at Dollar tree for a 1.00 dollar. All I have carry each trip to WDW and found all perfect.

Both -- I have my own waist sack, my kids have some too. My dh carries the backpack.

my favorite is my passporter. You wear it around your neck and it holds tickets, cell phone, money!

Since I have little ones I use a back pack in place of a diaper bag.

I use both. Since I always had a stroller with me, we would fill the backpack with snacks and water etc. I would have my money, room key, camera in a fanny pack. That way when we went on rides the backpack stayed with the stroller. :wizard:
