Back to Galveston?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but I cant find a good answer. Is DCL going back to Galveston after January of 2017? I know the new "redo" contract got them through the end of 2016 and I found that the Galveston folks hoped it would turn into a 5 year deal, but cant find that it did or did not happen. We are looking later in 2017 and looking at it from a purely financial standpoint, but not going to the World may be too much of a withdrawal.
