Back to back reservations-do I need to tell them?

We have a hotel only reservation for 2 days and a costco package for 4. Do I need to 'merge' these reservations before I arrive? Just mention it when we arrive? We paid for the same room type.

I'd call them now so they note it, and remind them at check-in

I would definitely call the hotel in advance and explain that you want to keep the same room for your whole stay and then confirm at check-in that it has been arranged that way.

We just had that situation in Dec. at GCH. I called DisneyTravel and CostcoTravel and had them both link each other together. They said the couldn't guarantee that we'd get the same room, but we did. If you are staying at the GCH, I'll let you know how they did it

No guarantee about getting the same room?!? Oy! That would REALLY stink. Off to call...
