Back...The Trip was Awesome!

Just an FYI, but the Dream FP's are good on any day after you receive them. This was told to us by the first Dream Team members(yes, we were dreamed TWICE in one week with dream FP's!). They said it was unadvertised but you could actually use them any time. We tried this and had no problems. Someone must have been unaware of this because they left 4 dream fastpasses on top of a garbage can with BTMR and Splash fastpasses still attached. We thought "what the heck", so we took them and used them the next day. Also, we were dreamed in CA both times, and both times were between 10:30 and 11:00 am.

Thanks for your FYI... and ... what luck...two dream fastpasses :wizard: and a 'what the heck fastpasses' :rotfl2:

We brought home two of our dream fastpasses unused :yay: to put in our DGS album...because of a little mix-up...vacation planning gave us some fastpasses good for any fastpass ride...we use these up...

Oh! and we never heard or saw anything of the strikers...the first we heard about this was when we got home...:thumbsup2

We knew nothing of it either, until we went to cross Harbor, and saw all the comotion...:confused3

P.S. Good to catch a glimpse of a fellow DISer in the park! That was my DD14 (DisneyLover4Ever!) waving to you. :wave2:

I so looked for the girl who waved...we had to catch up to our kids and when we looked back she was gone...tell her I said "HI' and send her a :wave2: ...JC

Can you explain the Toy Story line a little clearer? The line you talked about was only good for the people with resort keys? I'm confused when you said the people from Ariel's couldn't get in the line. This is our first trip since they opened Toy Story and of course want to avoid any lines. Thanks in advance!!

One perk of staying on property (Disneyland Hotel- Disney Grand Californian- Paradise Pier) is being able to use the Grand Californian entrance to enter California Adventure…the gate at the DGC entrance opens a half hour before the CA Main Gate …by using this entrance you can get in line for TSMM before the park opens…but…to use the entrance you must show your room key (card) for one of the above mentioned hotels. If you do not have a room key they will tell you to go to the Main Gate. (we were told by the CM’s that the DGC entrance is exclusive to the Disney Hotels from 9:30am to Noon)
As you enter through the DGC entrance you would get in the TSMM line (and the CM will tell you if you are in the TSMM line or the line that waits until the park opens …. The plus here is you are already in the park and ready to hit the rides…

The line we were in for TSMM is walked over to the ride 10/15 minutes before the official park opening. For us CA opened at 10:00am…

Now to Ariel's…you can get early PS for this…and some will get the early PS thinking they can just get into TSMM line … but what they do is hold back these people and will let them enter into the back of the TSMM line or the park when the park officially opens… still a plus because you are inside the park ahead of the crowds...:thumbsup2

Hope I explained this better :) ...JC
