BACK PACKS (Diaper Bags) UPDATE?

What is the current policy at Disneyland with regard to Diaper Bags (ours is a back pack type)?

I am not sure what you are asking but as far I know you can bring a diaper bag/backpack but expect it and any other purse or bags to be searched before you enter.

Just confirming what the above poster said. I was there a few weeks ago, and the only difference is they do a back check before you enter the park. Saw tons of people with their strollers, baby bags, backpacks, etc., and didn't see anyone having problems. It only takes a few seconds.
