Woohoo, we had an AWESOME time! Just got home (what a long day it was with all the flight delays in the northeast).

The Wonder is beautiful! We had cat 5 staterooms aft with the solid verandahs, and they were nice. :) A little smaller than I expected, but otherwise okay. The bathrooms are really small, LOL.

:) I'd be happy to answer any questions.

Did you bring any wine or soda when you boarded? I was wondering how strict they were. Also, what time did the sail away party from the Bahamas start at? Do they have water areobics? And what time? How was the weather? Too cold to swim?

I did not take any beverages onboard, however, from what I saw it would not be a problem. I think the sail away party in Nassau started around 10PM, it really was a lot of fun. And, I'm not sure about the water aerobics. The weather in Nassau and Castaway Cay was perfect! Castaway Cay was a great beach day! :)

Sweet Home Alabama, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Lilo & Stitch, the Santa Claus 2, Spy Kids, Chicago, Signs and Monsters Inc were playing. :) I think that's all. ;) I only went to one movie, and that was My Big Fat Greek Wedding on Nassau night, I believe it was 11:15PM. The theater was pretty full.

:)

Welcome back Cali!

Glad you had a great time! Was it Disney enough? To short? or just enough? Was the food, cabins and cm's comparable to disney world? are you signed up to go again yet?

You know, you really could tell you were with Disney. I know exactly what is meant by the "Disney difference".

I think that the 4 day cruise was perfect, next time I'd probably do the 4 day with the stop at Freeport (didn't care too much for the day at sea).

The food was good, not the best quality, but it was still good (they have to prepare 10,000 meals a day, so that explains it). We enjoyed our dining experience, and our server & assistant server were excellent. We really enjoyed being served by them. We had a couple "high maintaince" tables beside us, and the dining room heads did come over and explain to us what was going on since the other tables were getting so much attention. However, our servers still provided excellent service to us.

I have to say that the Wonder staff is excellent, better than the ones that you'd find at WDW.

The cabins are small, though. Our category 5 staterooms (deluxe with verandah) were each 268 square feet. Both had a queen and single bed (very very similar to the daybed at the Contemporary). The bathrooms are split into two rooms, and they are small! Yikes! ;)

Haven't booked our next cruise yet, but we will be back! It was an awesome experience! :)

Castaway Cay was so nice, it would be great to spend a week there! The island has boat rentals, a family beach and an adult beach. The adult beach has very shallow water, but it was full of sea life. It was very beautiful. :)

We did the Atlantis excrusion (Discover Atlantis), and enjoyed seeing the resort. I'd really like to stay there someday.

Also, we stayed at the Radisson the night before the cruise. When I made the reservation, I was assured that we'd get two kings and a queen sleeper sofa. When we arrived at midnight, when we got to the suite it only had one king and a sleeper. The two kings and queen sleeper were sold out. :( I did enjoy the jacuzzi, though. :) I really didn't care much for the Radisson, not sure if I'd stay there again.

Was on the same cruise. Only complaint, the food in general wasn't ever "hot enough". Just my experience. Palo food was, however, fine. Everything met expectations except for some language barriers with the photographers. But, what can one do. Our room 8044, was plenty big for the four of us. Very convenient to the 9th deck where the pools and much of the outdoor activity is held. The day at sea, I agree, wasn't that great. My problem with it was that you could see land for the most part. It was like cruising on a lake. Anyway, excellent cruise. We are considering the 7 day Western Cruise.:smooth:
