Back from stay at 1 bdrm at OKW! FUN

Just back from our week in Room 3925 at OKW (December 2-9) - had such a great time. We had never been during Christmas time and loved it - kind of chilly at times but much better than sweltering. Loved the Osborne lights - loved how a lot of people at OKW decorated their balconies etc....

We have two boys (3 and 4) and they had fun too. Even had a great bus driver that did the wheels on the bus song and made her windshield wipers go, lights flash, honker her horn etc. The was too cool.

Character interaction was fantastic - My DS (3) actually got picked up by Woody and got to spend a great deal of time with him. Boys also got to be pirates at the Contemporary and pillage all the gift shops there.

All in all great trip - only 5 more months until our next one.

Glad you had a MAGICAl TIME, OKW has the best size rooms for familys. I think you would have to travel far to get the kid in you feeling you get at Disney.

I love that "wheels on the bus" song. But now I always think of when Dharma (on "Dharma and Gregg") got a bus and sang it. About OKW, glad you enjoyed it. What was your view like? What Christmas decorations does OKW have?

Our view was of a pond with a fountain. We were by Turtle Pond bus stop. Very quiet and nice - liked it. Quite a few people around us had strands of lights on their balconies - always makes me wonder if any of them are Dissers.

OKW had a tree in the lobby and lots of lights etc on walkways . Very nice. We love OKW because the rooms are so huge! I honestly think the rooms are bigger than my house!
