Back from St Augustine Beach (pic included)

Thanks to all who responded to my earlier post about hotels etc. We stayed at the Holiday Inn St Augustine Beach and had a great time. It was only a 2 hour drive from Orlando and we spent more time on the beach and in the pool than we did in historic St Augustine! Here's a picture of my DD Lindsey from the balcony of our room (hope it works).

I LOVE that Hotel, its great. Historic St. Augustine is great too, did you do a ghost tour?

I'm so glad we stayed at the Holiday Inn. Two thumbs up!!!

We did not do the ghost tour but we did do the regular trolley tour around St Augustine. I really wanted to go up in the lighthouse but it was very overcast the morning I was able to go so I didn't waste the $8. Next time.

If anyone else is going in the near future, let me know. We ate at some great bar and grill type places that I would recommend. We also paid 50 cents a piece and went out onto the pier and watched fishermen catch fish and baby sharks.
