Back from our trip - Now with Pics

There is no way we would have paid normal price for those rooms, but the highly discounted rate Disney gave us made it worth it.
I hear ya. We haven't stayed at the GCH since we got the B3G2 free nights. I can't see how people pay that kind of price. Congrats for Disney to continually sell them at what they can get. Heck even when we stay on Harbor Blvd I can't believe how prices continually raise each year. $200 for a motel style room? It's getting out of hand. We are headed back for a one night stay here in October and the Fairfield Inn is over $220 for the night we want. I needed something I could walk back to so I'm going to shell out the bucks. Their lucky I love Disneyland so much! Lol.

We got VERY lucky and only paid $189/night for our room.

Our preferred viewing location for PtN and Halloween Screams. It's the red box on the east side of the Hub.

Your trip looks awesome. How do you get preferred viewing spots? Is is part of a package or tour? (Maybe you said and I missed it.)

It was part of a deal offered to me through the Special Activities Department.

Great photos! Drooling over your meal at Club 33...someday... :)

And your room at GCH was gorgeous...I'd love to stay there, but with 5 of us I've heard it's a bit cramped! Amazing how much more room you have when there's just a king bed in there :)

The one thing we didn't really care for was the Ghost Galaxy overlay of Space Mountain. Just felt 'cheesy'.

That was pretty unkind. A lot of people on these boards stay at GCH and so what if we pay the price?? That's our choice. I haven't heard any regular GCH/DLH guests say anything negative to those that don't stay onsite so that was uncalled for.

Great pics and trip report!! I always love seeing the food pics, especially the desserts! I had the smoked chicken sandwich in July and it was awesome!! Like Whoever said though, now that members have limited reservations, that will probably be my last trip for awhile too . :(

I could stare at your pics all day... beaufitul! Loving those pins!!! Must. Find. Them.

Could someone tell me how you get a reservation for Club 33? Isn't it members only and almost impossible to become one? Please illuminate me.

Awesome pictures......That is something special to have been able to dine at Club 33.

When we were at DLR in March we admired it while waiting in line at PoC.

My wife got ours through a customer of hers that is a Member. A Member has to make the reservation for you if you are not a member. With the limit (20) on how many unaccompanied reservations Members can make now, they are getting hard to come by.

Club 33 is rather elusive as mentioned , the best chance is to network and talk people up about Disney and you might find a connection someday. I know my husband works in a government sector and is constantly trying LOL.
It's one of those if you never try you'll never know. I actually had an invite about 2 years ago from a friend as someone bailed last minute on a reservation but I had no way to get from Northern CA to SoCal overnight :(

I got close though ! And my friend was kind enough to bring me a Club 33 mug which I truly treasure.
It's still a bucket list dream but some dreams come true :)

Thanks for sharing all your beautiful photos and memories !!
