After reading some of the recent posts, I was worried about our first Poly stay. I want to assure any other first timers who will be going soon to not worry! We arrived via ME at 10AM and our GV Hawaii room was ready! That was a nice surprise. The room was bigger than any other deluxe we have stayed in which was nice for 5 people. Mousekeeping was fine(but no towel animals even with tip/day)only glitch was sink wouldn't drain(maintenence fixed it ASAP). Grounds were lovely and concierge lounge was the best we have experienced. We will definately stay here again.
