Back from Boardwalk Inn at Christmas: Fabulous!

Where to start? I'm in the process of getting my trip report together, but just wanted to post a short one about the BWI!

Room 5272, top floor, was perfect, best view of Illuminations I could ask for, big balcony (which we decorated, as well as the room), lots of space, wonderful housekeeping (stuffed animals were always arranged), one minute from the elevators, totally quiet, great pool, excellent front desk service, incredible decorations, Santa in the lobby at night, a giant carnival display made entirely from candy. . .

Nicole, who checked us in, brought a form up to the room that we hadn't signed, so we wouldn't have to go back down to her. The UPS package with the tree and decorations was delivered to our room without our having to ask, never a single rude CM in the place that we ran into.

Walk to Epcot SOOO easy, ferry to MGM very nice, buses ran well except for the first 7:00 early entry morning at MK on Sunday (12/21 --when the first should have been there at 6:30 and didn't show until 7:00).

This place is one of the best kept secrets around.

DemonLlama, it sounds like you had a wonderful vacation. I love the BoardWalk (Inn & Villas). Do you have any photos posted from your trip? I would love to see your room's view.
