Back from BLT

Let me start of by saying, this is a wonderful resort. My husband and I were at the BLT from 11/28 -12/3. We had a 1BR Bay Lake view. We made no requests and at check in we were given 2 choices. 16 floor over the pool or 10th floor north with a partial view of MK. We took the MK partial view and were given room 8010. This is a great room. From the sofa you can see space mountain and the castle. Just wonderful. Our room was in great condition. We did go up to the 16th floor one evening and the lounge is fantastic!!!! The view is just out of this world. We used the pool 2 days but did not actually get in the water or try the slide. We had lunch out there one day as well. Any questions, feel free to ask away.

I can't wait to go there in Feb!! glad you had fun! So would you thing 10th is just as good as 16th? I just think I would love to be as high as the 16th...

We bought there last week. We are frustrated that we cant get a ressie for our 2/10 trip. We are waitlisted with our fingers crossed.

We just got back from BLT and loved it. We own at Boardwalk and got this reservation with cash (so no trip up to the lounge for us). We had a Magic Kingdom view studio and loved it. We watched the Magic Kingdom fireworks 4 of the nights we were there.

One thing I have to ask others who have stayed there...doesn't the elevator voice sound a little manic? When she says going up she really sounds up, but when she says going down she does seem down.

The 10th floor view was really good. That being said, if I were given a choice with the same view, one on the 10th and one on the 16th, I would take the 16th. Have a great time when you go in Feb. Be sure to visit the lounge, it is really nice.

I didn't notice the voice at first but I was riding it with a family and the little boy asked him Mom why the elevator lady was so sad. Kinda funny.
