Hello everyone, This is my first ever trip report so be kind. My DW and I returned home form 12 great days at BCV. The studio room we had on the first floor was in pretty good shape. There was some slight wear and on the carpet but all in all the room was good. It was clean and the only problem was there was not a T.V. remote and one phone call took care of it. Our room # was 169 with a view of the road and the lagoon. Not the best view but the road noise did not bother us at night. We used the DDP or deluxe dining plan and I think we came out on it OK. I will give a seperate review on that after I total up the receipts. As you may guess by by screen name I am a bit of a golf nut. My DW is a Disney nut so what better place in the world to spend some days away the Midwest and enjoy our favorite things. For general info I am 51 and my DW is 50 and this is our 7th year at Disney. We started doing this when we became empty nesters
Ours days were spent by myself golfing in the morning DW would go to a park or downtown and then we would meet for a late lunch. Afternoons we would lounge around, go to the pool, just take it easy. Evenigs we would go out for nice supper. As for the golf. I played 9 different courses this year. The courses: Osprey Ridge, Palm, Magnolia ,Shingle Creek, Mystic Dunes, Orange Lake-Legends, Celebrations, Grand Cypress-New Course & Grand Pines. If anyone would like a review of these courses let me know I will be glad to help. All the golf courses were in good shape and all were a bit expensive but this is the premium time of the year. Also there was not any free internet as of 3/7/08
