Back entrance at Epcot??

We are staying at The Yacht Club and would like to go to Epcot first thing but I need to trade in my 3 day pass for a FL resident season pass and that has to be done at Guest Services at the park. Does the back entrance in World Showcase at Epcot have a Guest Services window or would I better going to MGM first?

Yes there is a guest relations window at the international gateway entrance you will find most convenient
