back 2 back ressies and tix 4 free dining

Rather than hijack my own thread, I had to start over. What would be wonderful news but fair uncertainty from one poster made me ask if anyone knows.
I have one ressie already booked with a departure date just before free dining starts. This is a package with tix and dining for 5 nights. Too complicated to explain in this thread, but the most cost effective way for me to take advantage of free dining and accomodate other aspects of our FL vacation would be to book a second ressie that begins the day we check out from the first. (A split stay won't work).
This would make the trip a total of 9 days/8 nights. I would buy additional park hopper tix days on my first reservation.
In order to get free dining for my 2nd ressie, will I still need to buy separate one day tix for everyone in my party or would I be able to get it because I still have days from my first ressie?

Also, I'm sure everyone but me know this...what is the phone number to call for making a reservation? WDW site is running really, really slow for me and the only pages I can get to allow me to leave an online message. I can't find the number on anything!

You have to buy at least a 1 day ticket for everyone in your party.

You're not the only one who doesn't know the number - I use a TA, so I have no idea what the number is.
