Back 2 back process question on Wish

Last time we did back 2 back we had to go through customs before reboarding. Is that still the process? We just watched a YouTube video and they bypassed customs.

Yes, in the US you'll have to go through Customs. Are you sure the video you watched said they didn't go through Customs? I'm pretty sure you can't have cell phones out when going through there, so perhaps the video just didn't show going through customer because of that?

The video didn’t mention anything about customs. They met as a group at the bayou and were escorted off.

Ok. A video not mentioning anything about customs is different than saying it bypassed security. I bet they went through customs and it wasn't on the video because you're not allowed to film/take pictures in that area.

yes you meet in the bayou, then you head to customs, which there should be very few people,
you walk up to customs they checked your photo then you walk right on out and back up to waiting area in the terminal, where it is marked just for people doing a back to back. When the Ship is ready to board again they escort you back on, and you are the first ones back on the ship!!!!
