Bachelor Jake -- no-spoiler thread

I think he sent Ella home because he didn't want to deal with a child already. Just the way he kept saying how "great" he was made me go :rolleyes1 Too serious for him I think. And Jessie- I think he just didn't feel it and then her "You're ignoring me" stuff I think threw her into the dramatic category. I am kind of leaning towards Gia she's playful, pretty, and not mean spirited. I fear that Tenley falls into "too much bagage" category.

And Vienna?:confused3 I think that's the producers. I think when he went outside to talk to Chris he was looking to send all 3 home. And got the edited out story about keeping Vienna around. Come on really. She just comes across as very young and spoiled. But hey so did that Lorenzo Lamas daughter and she ended up engaged.so who knows anyway.

OK, I am officially annoyed. I think what Jake is doing to Vienna is totally unfair. If you are willing to listen to all the bad stuff everyone else is saying about her and believe it then send her home! The ladies are treating her horribly and Jake is making it worse by buying into it.

There are a lot of people who didn't like my DH when we started dating and if I would have listened to what they had to say it would have ruined our relationship. I didn't care what other people thought - I cared about HIM. I was right, 8 years later he is an amazing husband and father. :lovestruc I'm not saying Vienna would turn out to be a great wife but she deserves to be judged on how Jake feels about her, not on all the bad stuff the girls say about her. :sad2:

Has a contestant ever been this villianized by the other contestants on a season of the Bachelor? I personally think Vienna made herself a target by acting like a spoiled brat the first few days and Ali took it and ran with it. I think Ali is one of those girls who needs drama - she needs someone to hate.

What was up with Ali saying she was going to "give Jake a taking to" about choosing Vienna? :confused3 Huh? Just what every guy wants - a bossy girl who will treat him like a child. :rolleyes:

Ugh! I don't think I like any of the remaining girls. I'll still watch though. :laughing:

I don't know. I think he actually likes her immaturity. He sent home Ella and Jessie. They seemed like level-headed ladies, which you would think would be more his type. I really don't think he knows what he wants, but I guess he does since he is sendng girls home at a record pace.

Because Jake can't handle a real woman (ie, someone who has been through stuff). Trust me I like Jake: he's handsome, amiable and so sweet. But for him to be the "man" of the relationsip he needs someone like a Vienna around or even a Gia. These women haven't been too beaten down by life and still have the carefree, immature, young spirit.

Did I miss something, or did they cut out the scene where Jake storms out of the cabin? They showed it over and over in the previews and I never saw it last night. I really hate that they do that.

Very interesting point. I hadn't thought of that but it does seem to make sense with what is being portrayed.

I'm not crazy about Vienna. Haven't been from the start but I don't get the hate either. They haven't shown anything in my eyes that deserves it. I can see where the other girls wouldn't care for her, annoyed by her, etc, but the just all out hate? :confused3 I wish they'd show more of it since it's such a big storyline.

I agree with the Ali part...and since Ella left I am routing for Gia...

I agree with you, why can people be so mean towards someone, I mean I know they are all competing for the same man but give it a break already..

....she's done a360-degree turnaround....I'm beginning to really dislike her...

He doesn't speak to you, doesn't look at you....:confused3

....:rotfl2: oh my! I was thinking the exact same thing!

I was wondering the same thing. We know very little about Jessie and her relationship with Jake. I kinda hope he keeps her, but he threw out the friend word already so she may be going home.

...the proverbial 'kiss of death'....

He gives Tenley a rose because he sort of ignored her in the beginning? I thought that she got the first impression rose...

::yes::

+1

Go Gia.

I have no doubt in my mind that Vienna is there because of the producers, just for drama to keep some of the less committed viewers to keep coming back for more.

Wasn't it Jessie who told Jake that Vienna was just looking for a Sugar Daddy? That she was bragging about all the cars she had wrecked and how her father just went out and bought her more? Maybe that's one reason the other girls don't like her. They think she is just a spoiled brat.

Ali's true colors are beginning to show. She has staked a claim and is not going to let any of the others near it. This may cost her Jake.

I'm not sure about Gia. I got the impression from the first show where they did brief clips of each girl that she was there for what the show could do for her.

It will be interesting to see which one he let's go next week and who the home town dates are with.

If this was grade school, we would all be afraid of that bully Ali...hey, I think this is grade school...everyone IS afraid of that bully Ali.. she got Jessie to be her minion and go tell Jake ALL about how horrible that Vienna girl is..I think Jake is a little smarter than I originally gave him credit for..he doesn't seem willing to allow anyone else to influence him..now, is he still making all the "right" decisions..ask him, he's the only one who would know...

...I thought she looked darling...

Okay, Kimmar...you're KILLING ME!!!!!!!! :lmao::rotfl2:

My whole office was talking about the :banana: YELLOW today!! One dress maybe but THREE??? :dance3:

I didn't see the beginning of the first show but a co worker told me that Vienna's "bio" showed her bragging about how rich her daddy was and acting like a Paris Hilton wannabee! She's got the weave and the attitude down pat!! :lmao: Based on Jessie's last minute 5 minutes on camera, she does act like a princess, and since we only seen a few mins of her and they LIVE with her, there must be much more than what we're seeing.

And if she calls Jake her "BOYFRIEND" one more time.... what is she TWELVE??? :rolleyes:

How smart was he when he played the Jessie card with Jillian???? He did the same exact thing as they are, only when a guy does it it's being honorable and when a woman does it "she's JEALOUS"... :rolleyes:

Same story, getting old.
