I have a question did anyone have a bachelor/bachelorette party in the world? Where did you go? What did you do? I'm making my save the dates and my bff is asking if we would like to try to get the bridal party to go down a day early. Any thoughts? I wish there was something to do on Pleasure Island. What do people do now? My party is between 21-40 in ages but they all party and like to dance.

I did. we drank around the world at epcot and ended up at Jellyrolls. So much fun!!!

I have been told that Ragland Road can be fun too.

I was gonna suggest either drinking around the world at Epcot or Jellyrolls. If you're not the drinking type maybe a nice dinner out and then go to a dessert party a tthe Magic Kingdom? I've heard that you can buy tickets to dessert parties there again to see Wishes (but it won't be private, anyone can get tickets).

I did drinking around the world at Epcot and then walked over to Jellyrolls! It was so much fun! We had tshirts made up and my MOH made up little passports!

i did not end up doing something but i had some elaborate ideas! my dream bachelorette would involve some kind of multi-parking, drink intensive, scavenger hunt featuring anything that involves weddings/brides/love - like: haunted mansion (bride), wedding pavilion, ok... so maybe i don't have too many ideas after that (especially since toon town whatever is closed because minnie's house - feminist nightmare!!!) but you get the gist. but maybe more of a group treasure hunt or something - i mean i guess i would want to stay with the group after all! :)

i also would highly recommend for any group events: jellyrolls, drinking around the world, yeeha bob (at port orleans riverside) and the buffet dinner at 1900 park faire which features not only cinderella but the wayyyyy more fun lady tremaine and ugly step sisters. they rock!

I would rather do a joint night out together. I have never been a huge fan of bachelor-ette or bachelor's parties and my fiance and I do not drink. I was thinking about taking advantage of whatever movie is playing at the hotel or maybe going to jellyrolls. Perhaps we can also take advantage of EMH and just go ride some rides!

I am not a big fan of Bachelorette parties either...I think something about public drunkenness bothers me...LOL We did mine this weekend. My sister organized it for 6 of us to go to Ft. Wilderness and stay in a cabin. We had a full bar, a low country boil, and lots of fun! We had 2 golf carts and had a great time. It was very easy to go to the beach and see the fireworks, etc.

I actually was thinking of a joint night out. I'm just trying to price things out so I have everything counted in and being able to give people exact dates. I'm currently pricing out limo vs party bus and looking into both onsite and offsite venues.

Mine is this weekend! We are doing Food & Wine during the day, then Jellyrolls at night!!! :)
SO EXCITED! :)

What day is your bachelorette party? I am going to food & wine all day Saturday...if you're there that day, will you be wearing anything in particular?

I just started thinking about some other things for a joint event and I thought about a hidden mickey hunt.

you could get the books that are the field guides to hidden mickeys and give everyone disposable cameras you could do this in teams or as a group. Spend time in a park and find hidden mickeys together and taking pictures. This could help to build some interesting memories and some friendships too.
