Are you able to wear infants in a baby carrier (soft structured carrier like an Ergo) on rides where the baby can ride? DD will be 3 months old when we go for SWW and we were wondering about it this week. She loves to sleep in our carrier and I wasnt sure if I am able to wear her on some or all family friendly rides. Mostly thinking about our one day in MK since DHS Doesnt have very many rides without height restriction.

Thanks!!

I wore my one-year old in a pikkolo (like an Ergo) on Peter Pan, we didn't try any others though. I have heard that on Toy Story Mania, the child has to be facing forward and not towards you but I don't have any first hand experience.

yes - almost all the rides we did with my daughter (5 months at the time) we used an Ergo. I am pretty sure we did not get asked to remove from any rides.

p.s. at MK, we did Peter Pan, Pooh, It's a Small World, Magic Carpet, Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear, Haunted Mansion, Little Mermaid (I think this one we just held her cuz it was so slow)

We wore our son on every ride without a height restriction with the exception of Dumbo. On Dumbo we had to take him out and set him in between us. But other rides we had no problems. I would just put my hand between him and the bar when the bar closed so it wouldn't close too tight on him.

ETA: I did wear him on Toy Story, but that was 1 1/2 years ago, so something may have changed.

It really depends on the CM. Some days they would let me wear them facing backwards especially if they were asleep. Other times I had to turn them around. If the seat is big enough I would tend to sit a bit sideways which a few of the CMs would accept.

Last time I was baby wearing in the park it was at DLR however but I could not wear on Dumbo or Astro Orbitor (AO felt really unsafe holding her in front of me between myself and DD3 as the spinning got to its fastest/highest point). Buzz and TSMM (or whatever they called it) also wouldn't let her ride in it. Roger Rabbit (don't have at WDW) they didn't and there is no way I would do that one with a hand held infant again.
HM the guy started to ask me to face her forwards but said actually don't worry about it, not sure of he just saw she was asleep.
I think everything else either let her, she was already forward facing when we got on or we were carrying her anyway.

I am pretty sure we did not get asked to remove from any rides.
