Okay, so I have been here, and I have been gone, and I have been here, and I have been gone, and I am now back here again. Trying the whole eating healthy thing on my own. Can't do much for exercise right now, from my leg surgery (that would be the reason for the increase in the midsection!). So doing this journal is my accountability for myself. I have 5 mini-goals of 50 pounds each, with the big goal of 51 pounds, but whatever I can loose and keep off will make me happy.
 
Okay, so I started this in May, things happened, didn't do what I set out to do. No biggie, back on track again. Had an "a-ha" moment in the dressing room at JCPenny this past week. So now I am going to try my best to be diligent. Wish me luck!
 
Day 1

B: Salad with red cabbage, carrots, onions, smidge of cheese, and light ranch dressing

L: LC Spinach/mushroom pizza, baked Cheetos, carrots

D: A few bites of DS scrambled eggs

S: Handful of mini Chips Ahoy's. Not the best, but they were in my drawer at work, and I figured I better get rid of them!

Water intake: About 120 oz

Exercise: Tried to get up early this morning, but DS5 was snuggled into bed with me, as peaceful as could be, so I just couldn't do it! Will try at lunch.

Okay, it is 90 degrees out, high humidity, and I have to be in Court this afternoon, no way am I going for a walk. DS and I will be going swimming at my parents tonight, though.

Swam for about an hour and a half at my mom's, and when we got home, got on the exercise ball for about 20 minutes.

welcome back. Wisconsin is not fat we need to prove it to them out there in the nation, (thanks jay lenno) :sad2: Come on you can do this. I just started too. About 12 days ago but who's counting. ;) It is very hard work but I hate being fatter then my DH. Get up, move (soccer) with DS. He is very cute. even 10 min is detter then nothing. I should really practice what I preach too :rotfl2:
But I will be cheking in on you. My name is kardiebelle.
