Babysitting services at resorts

Do all of them have babysitting services? What ages are they for? And do any of the resorts have programs for kids...I've got a 1, 4 and 5 year old.

Some of the deluxe resorts have kids' clubs, but they are for kids who are ages 4-12 and potty trained.

There are also some services that will come to your room, but they aren't owned by Disney.
