My DH and I were thinking of taking an "adults only" trip in September for our anniversary. However, Grandma doesn't want to watch our DDs for 4 days, so we're bringing them with us. We would like one night out by ourselves for a nice romantic dinner. I know some of the resorts have kids clubs. Has anyne used this service? How long with they watch the kids and how much does it cost?

Last September our kids did the Neverland Club at the Polynesian. It was kind of expensive but so well worth it. They had such a magical experience that we did not feel guilty for dumping er...I mean, dropping them off. They wanted to go back again the next night. They enjoyed the food, the pirate ship, the games, the other children, and the attendants. It was my 5 year olds favorite experience on that trip.

I have to agree- we also took our kids 4 and7- to the Beach club childcare place- they LOVED it! and our son, 7, is very shy. They talk about it and ask to go back next time. This place was nice because we went to the Boardwalk so we weren't too far away. They give you a pager if needed. $10/hr per kid was a little pricey ($80 for us!) but we really enjoyed the alone time after spending all that time in the parks
