Babysitting - Crown Plaza

We have been to Orlando a couple of times now but this time are going out there with some friends. We all have children but have never used (had the energy to use!) a babysitting service. We are thinking that it may be nice to go out for an evening without the kids, has anyone ever used a service like this from a hotel. In particular we are staying at the Crown Plaza so would love to hear anyone's comments.

our family has used kids nite out acouple times on family & group trips. they are great, they bring toys with & will sit with them while they sleep, etc. there caregivers are cpr certified too, which the parents all liked. we also plan on using kids nite out for our families when we get married at disney this march for the ceremony & incase the kids want a nap during the reception.
