Since DS has egg and nut allergies, and the new supposedly allergen friendly foods at WDW seem to have eggs in them , I'd like to know where we can go to score some Babycakes and maybe keep them in the fridge in the room for the week. Do we need to go to DTD or is there somewhere else we can get them, too? --Katie

You can get Babycakes at the Babycakes Bakery at DTD and they also sell a pack of prepackaged mini cupcakes in the grab and go section at AoA.

"Some" TS may be able to have Babycakes on hand if you have notified them ahead of time.

Nice. We just switched from AoA to CBR to get free dining. --Katie

Also, when you make TS reservations, make sure you note the allergies on the reservation. The chefs are awesome when it comes to working with people with food allergies. I worked at Coral Reef, and our chefs got constant praise for how they handled food allergies.

Chefs at all the restaurants should come out and talk to you and find out the specifics about your allergy, and they'll be able to give you options that would fit your needs. It might take a little extra work, but know that the CMs do want to help you out and will do everything possible to make sure your needs are met.
