baby wipes information please

I need a special kind that is for diaper rash and it would dry the area. These are for my doggie......yes Megara has a dermatitis and the vet said to try this first and if it doesn't work then she would go on antibiotics ....so has anyone heard of a baby wipe for diaper rash to dry the area.......

I think your best bet is to go to the supermarket and take a look at all the packages.. I am sure one will say "Diaper Rash" on it
