I ordered a City Mini GT for our 4 night trip recently, and had a great experience. I had several question that I asked via email, and they were always prompt in getting back to me, and very friendly. The stroller was waiting at Bell services at the WL upon check in. It was clean, and came with the free accessory I ordered (parent tray). That stroller pushes like a dream! I was worried since my DD is 5.5 and about 44lbs and 44.5" tall. It was great! Very easy to steer and fold up! The GT upgrade was $10 for the entire stay, and their insurance is $15. I paid $70 total, which was the cheapest I could find for the amount of nights I needed. Many companies were charging the same price for 4 nights as they were for 7. Highly recommend them!!

I agree! We used them last May when we went and had no problems what so ever! Plan to use them again next May when we go. Loved all the free accessories that came with the rental. The rain cover was a life saver for us!
