How does the whole 'baby switch' thing work? can you do it for all rides??

Although we've been 4 times before i've always been happy enough just to stand and watch everyone else having fun on the rides, but this time round i'd like to do some of the rides our 2 yr old can't do.

baby switch seemed to work for all rides, but there were different ways of it working (slightly) on each ride. the best bet is to speak to a cm at the ride entrance explaining you want to do baby switch and they will tell you how it works on that ride. generally, one of you goes in the queue while the other one hangs about at the exit. when the first one has had their ride they go to the exit, the baby is switched and the second person goes in the exit to get straight on the next ride. we used it alot as we had an almost 2 yr old with us and the 5 yr old wanted to go on some of the bigger rides.

If you say to the CM at the entrance they give you a ticket and they tell you to wait at the entrance or exit. They let my son come back on the rides with me while my hubby waited with our 2 yr old:)

thanks for your help - 1 less worry for me now, though the panicking only really stops when i'm standing on main st. :goodvibes
