My family and I are leaving tomorrow for WDW and we have a 3 and 7 yo. My wife and I think that the 7 yo will ride just about anything but the 3 yo probably wont ride as much. Some of the rides that we really want to ride that the 3 yo won't ride are The Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean. We wanted to know if anyone had experience or even if its possible to do the "baby swap"/"kid switch" on these particular rides.

Thanks, Chris

Spalsh definetly because it is a height restriction attraction (where child swap is the norm). Haunted Mansion they will do for you most of the time if you ask but it is not a normal Child Swap ride. Pirates unfortunately does not/can not offer it as there is no "side/backdoor" entrance and they don't have fastpass so to get you passed the line for the "swap" part is not possible.

1. Splash Mountain has the Laughing Place, a small play area by the exit for ride swappers to play in. They will give you a "Future Splash MOuntaineer card too, when you get the swappers ticket!
2. Pirates of the Carrabean has no height requirement, and its a nice cool ride to take little ones on, both DD2 and nephew 3 had no problems.
In Tommorrowland, I took the little ones for a few rounds on the TTA (peoplemover) while the bigger ones did their rides.
If you are going to EPCOT, Mission Space also has a playground to for waiting.
Hope this was helpful!
