do all members of the party (in my case 6, one being 2) have to be present to get the babyswap fastpass or can I just send my husband with our tickets to go get them??

For fastpass one person can get them for everyone, they will need everyones admission cards for the FP machine.

For babyswap you have to be together to get the pass so the CM can verify you have a child who can't ride due to the height restriction. The CM will issue a rider switch pass for the parent riding second. RS pass is good for up to three people to ride that attraction that day via the fast pass line. Once you get the switch pass you can separate while the first part rides and take the non rider(s) to do something else. Then switch off later so the other parent can ride.

Actually, the adults who are going on the ride in the first round get the babyswap pass as they enter the ride, so they need to all be there. In addition, another adult and the baby need to be there to verify that the pass is actually needed. But if three different riders want to accompany the baby-holding adult on the 2nd go-through, they don't technically need to be there.
Does that make sense?

Yes, I just thought it was just easier to say the whole party approaches the CM for the RS pass including the child who can't ride. We used Rider Swap alot on our trip a couple of weeks ago and most of the CM's would say "is this your entire party" when we were asking to do a rider swap. I mainly wanted to point out to the OP that the child who couldn't ride had to be present to get the pass. We once had my neice asleep in the stroller outside the Land and had to bring her in to get a RS pass for Soarin. It dosen't matter really but I was usually the 2nd adult to ride and the CM always gave the pass to me.

Also to clarify your last statment, the RS pass is good for three people total not four. So your right, it dosesn't matter who accompanies the "baby holding adult" but it can only be two others not three.
