Baby Swap Disappointment

I have always heard about this but never used it. My two older kids are dare devils and would always ride as long as they met the requirements.

My youngest DS7 is the chicken so too bad there wasnt a chicken swap. Its usually me sitting with him waiting for the rest of the family.

Disney doesn't want the below-height-requirement child anywhere in the queue, as there are just way too many guests that will either try to sneak that child onto the attraction, or pitch a royal fit when the CM at the ride vehicle turns them away. I'm picturing this happening a lot at Harry Potter, and I wouldn't be surprised if US changes their policy soon.
