My uncle is taking 11 of us to Disney next June, but I'm afraid the travel agent he has isn't on the ball with Disney. Can I help out by calling at the 180 mark for dining reservations, what about fast passes online at the 60 day mark? What information will I need? Castle meal was suggested, is that even possible for a large group?

Also we will have an almost 2 year old. How does rider swap work? How many can wait outside line and how many can re-ride with whoever waited?

What else can I offer to help with to make this go smoothly for a big group that I'm not thinking of?
Already suggested character meal on arrival day instead of using park time.

As for Travel agent, she said traveling over a weekend is no more crowded than during the week :(, we've got airline tickets for June 23-27 planning to do the parks Friday/Sat/Sunday, so that's set but she's waited two weeks to book wilderness lodge rooms, not that I'm worried it will sell out but still, two weeks? My only hope is she is looking for alternative rooms, plan as told to me is to get 4 rooms for 11 ppl (this is my uncles thought not hers, he wants a room of his own, so really 10 ppl, 7 adults 2 kids 1 toddler across 3 rooms)
ETA: and memory maker, can I buy it and get it linked to everyone in the group?

Seems it would be easier if he put you in charge of the plans rather than a TA. Wot such a short trip and a big group you pretty much have to plan this trip thoroughly or it's going to just be a big bunch of "what do you want to do next? I dunno" over and over and over....

Yes you can book dining, for your entire stay, 180 days before your check-in day. You can book FPs for your entire trip 60 days before your check-in day. You can log on the MDE and do this online. Yes, you can get a meal at Cinderella's castle if you book early (we had a reservation for 11 people in June, which I made in the morning right at my 180-day mark).

i assume you aren't traveling with free dining since that's a peak time, I have no idea how that impacts . But we wanted reservations at Easter and I made an mde account, added a bunch of family members and made the reservations. It wasn't linked to "them" but when I showed up and said 14 for brunch they don't check id. The only advantage you lose is the 180 isn't made longer by the length of your stay

You can also set up an mde for yourself linked to your actual room reservation and add a bunch of people to it. I have a family who procrastinates so I've done both of these . Just remember to cancel any reservations you don't end up needing

And rider swap, you show too short child at fp entrance and get card for 3 people to ride later

He's old school and thinks a travel agent knows best. I had a friend who let me plan an amazing 10 day trip during which he ran the mickey Marathon, we stayed at the boardwalk. I wish he would let me do it but he thinks the travel agents knows more.

So all 11 go to fast pass lane, show young child and all but one adult and baby go in regular line and than that adult and two more ride again when they get through the line?
