Baby Sitting

Has anyone used the hotels babysitting services before?
I was thinking it would be nice to reserve a sitter for an evening when the kids are asleep and then dh and I could go ride the big kid rides at a park.
How do I know their safe, what are the cost, is there a time limit etc. I can't find any further info other then they offer services.

We used Kids Night Out during our November trip and were very happy with the service. Our sitter was prompt, very nice, and did exactly as we asked. I know they have a website with lots of good info if you want to check it out.
