Baby on Rocking Roller Coaster is that ok?

LOL now I got you reading I know that’s not ok, I am not mental you know LOL

Any way’s what I do want to know is what happens, someone told me they cancelled the someone (or 2) can wait while rest of family ride with baby and when they are done you swap, surely they wouldn’t have done that, it be a nightmare having to queue twice for everything.

Is that still something that happens and if so when do you let the staff know that's what you want to do, and so people behind you get cross that your doing that?

caled a baby swap(no you dont get a differnt baby)when you que up at entrance tell them and they give you a pas when anouther perso in party comes out it alowa 2 people to go throught fastpas part

So get fast pass for everyone (7 plus the baby), get to the front of queue and ask baby swap, they give you 2 fast passes and then what would the person with the baby do, exit the ride and wait for everyone to come out and then take fast pass and go in with someone that has already been on? Sorry for trying to get the nity gritty but never done this before and turning up knowing what happens saves wandering around trying to find out

Hi Supercod! We used this extensively in january and to great effect. You just about have this covered but i'll explain it again. Firstly, babyswap does not have to be used with fastpass but obviously it is quicker to do it this way.
Whether your party has fastpass or not, all of you should go up to the ride together, and before you enter the line, there should be a CM standing outside the entrance to the line. This is the person you need to talk to. Inform them that you would like to do a babyswap. They will then give you a babyswap fastpass. Some of your party can go and ride while you watch the baby. When they come back, you will be able to use the fastpass line with the babyswap pass. You will be allowed to take up to 2 other people with you, which is great for older siblings, because my older 2 were able to have one ride with mum and then go again with dad!

There will be no need for the baby and person waiting to enter the ride line at all because you will have your babyswap pass before anyone enters the ride. This means the best thing to do is sit and have an ice-cream or something while you wait for the others to come back!

So not going to be that bad, initially we where thinking a different person on each ride would have to not go on and then wait a few days and go back to that park and it could be someone else for each ride the other missed, this however sounds much better and more enjoyable.

It seems to me that they have changed the way that they do it,when we used it(seems like eons ago now!!) You let the CM at the start know,they gave you a pass,you then gave it to the CM at loading,there was a baby/child swap waiting area,the first adult rides then swaps with the other-str aw: aight to the front of the queue.US & IOA worked the same way.

US, IOA, Busch and Seaworld all do it this way. Disney parks do it with a baby swap pass. Used it last week on everything and it works a treat.

Hi,

We didn't use baby swap at WDW this time, but used it in DLP 5 years ago on big thunder mountain (well, their version!). DH had to wait on the exit side with DS (2) and pushchair and swap seats when I got off, as our DD (5) was riding again with him. We checked with a CM first and this is what we were told.

By the way supercod, I've never been on anything as fast as RnRC - it was cool!! Rode it twice with DD (aged 10 and already a coaster freak!).
