Baby name question

This is really my first time starting a thread (other than a technical question). However, I need some help. I’m four weeks away from the birth of my second daughter and I’m having the hardest time with a middle name. We really don’t have any family names that work, so I’m hoping for some great ideas! Her first name will be Quinn, but as far as middle names, we are just stuck .

I like Quinn Elizabeth.


Okay, I know it sounds like Queen Elizabeth, but it sounds like you need a vowel sound after the NNNNN sound in Quinn.


Something hard like a Ch or a Tr name would sound to mouthy, but try it. Quinn Christina is too much methinks.

Quinn Emma sounds nice and it rolls well.

Have you been on this site before? http://nymbler.com/ It's great for finding names that match or go with one you already have. You could put in your name and middle name, your dh/so name and any other children you have, along with Quinn and see what it gives you for girls names.
Also, since Quinn is of Celtic, English and/or German descent, look for a middle name of those origins. Lots of beautiful Celtic names.

I think a two-syllable name with the accent on the second syllable would sound best. Quinn Marie was the first one that came to mind.

You know, I'm not usually a fan of Olivia, however I tried that name generator thing, and it came up with:

Quinn Olivia


It sounds really cute.

You know what else came up, which made me laugh. My Danny got the middle name from the TV show: Sliders (anyone remember it?)

Anyways - the lead character on it was named: Quinn Mallory - which came up in this generator. That sounds good, too.
