Please help a Nana out!

I bought one of these on Prime Day to use on a Nana/Grandbaby trip and I can’t get it to close any more than this. Is this it or am I missing something? The directions are confusing.

Can you post a picture of the view from the side? I have the same one, but I can't tell exactly what's happening in your photo.

Normally when you "pull to fold" straight up, it folds on its own, but sometimes the front wheel angles itself in a way that it can't fold.

Yes! We figured out that we needed to lock the front wheel! It’s been a long time since I’ve had to figure out a stroller!
