According to KennythePirate, StarLord and Baby Groot are still there. They meet from 9:30 am - 8:00 pm (no EMH).

Only add I have is that there is the PhotoPass Day on 8/19/18 and at EP there is a Baby Groot Magic Shot at Future World East at the galaxy themed wall 10am-6pm. Here is a link to some of the photo op's:
