Baby for 4-5 month Old on Board

I've been really cranky lately and I haven't been reading or researching anything about Disney within the past month so I'm going to post my question here to get a quick answer.

Will the child service on board watch my baby for a few hours while the rest of the family attends the formal dinner or should we take the baby with us?
