Hello all,

Just wondering what you feed your baby for breakfast in America? All my kids were weaned on weetbix but we have never seen it over there or a reasonable subistute.

I can take a pack with me for bubs, as boys will now eat whatever is going, but Ariana only eats weetbix currently for breakfast.

Really just wondering if I have missed something everything I have seen seems to be very high sugar or salt.

We took breakfast from home for DD when she was younger. It was easier to know she had something she would eat.

Its no problem now as she will eat whatever is on offer!

I bought snacks over there for her as she loves the Goldfish crackers and we found some little biscuits she loves too.

we also brought food with us when the kids were young.
even if you can buy their favorite food there, i wouldn't want to have to run around to get it....

we took isabelles porridge with us when we went in March and she was 6 months old, so i would just take as many as you think you will need. We also did a garden grocer shop to be delivered to the hotel for most of the other baby bits that we needed to save having to pack all the nappies etc.

Thank you,

I think I will just pack a packet of weetbix and take it with us.

We will be doing a shop either delivered or a trip out on the first day at the house, so will stock up on all the other stuff we "need"....
