I sent off for the Del Monte Baby Einstien $3.00 rebate. I sent 10 Del Monte baby food labels and the proof of purchase Tab from a baby Einstein video. I had the proof of purchase for the video taped to the receipt because it is so small. I then hightlied all around the proof of purchase. I got a letter today saying that I had not sent enough proof of purchases. they sent the form and the receipt back. They did not however send the labels from the baby food back. they said to resend my proofs by 6/21/2005. the rebate is good thru 12/31/2005. would you just resnde the video proof after taking it off the receipt with the form, or should I write to them asking them about my baby food labels first.
