I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question or not but I figured I would start here. My five yr old has special needs so we do still have diaper changing but my main question is do they have microwaves in the baby care centers. Lily doesn't eat regular food it is mostly baby food and some things that she eats do need to be heated up so the micro would come in handy.

yes, they do have microwaves in the BC centers. The one in AK has a really nice play room too. (They all have a "playroom" but the on in AK is our fave)

I'm sure I have seen Microwaves in the BBC's before. I also found this post from the Disney Moms panel which you might find helpful as well:

Question My 2 1/2 year old has severe food allergies, so I'll have to bring his food to Magic Kingdom. Can you recommend a place where they'd permit me to microwave his food to warm it? Perhaps a specific restaurant? Thank you.

Answer I know that the baby care center at the Magic Kingdom has a microwave available. You'll also find highchairs there that might come in handy if you would like to feed him in a quiet, comfortable place.

As far as a specific restaurant, I can't name one that I know for sure would do this for you. However, I have always found each of the table service restaurants I've visited at the Magic Kingdom to be very accommodating when it comes to dealing with special requests (pouring milk into a sippy cup, etc.). I don't imagine it would be any trouble to have your son's food warmed up in any of the table service restaurants. The counter service restaurants can get hectic during peak dining times so I would probably stay away from those. But if you have meal reservations you'll probably find that your server will gladly help.
