baby car seat.....when are they needed?

Hi, looks like we are going to be booking for late february and would like to get some unknowns sorted.

So will baby car seats be needed for baby travelling on the magical express? also how about the disney busses to and from the parks? im sure ive seen babies being carried or sat on laps on the disney busses but still dont know if thats 100% legal.

No car seats needed on the magical express or the disney buses to the parks. There are no seatbelts on the park buses, not sure about ME. If you are only using the buses you won't need to take a car seat with you

Babies and toddlers on ME whenver we have been have been sat on the parent's lap. In fact last time the bus was really full on the way back to the airport and the ME driver actually asked those with infants and small children if they could put the little ones on their laps to free up seats. If it were a legal requirement that they be restrained in a car seat, you can be sure Disney would be enforcing it.

Also, kids 4 and under is the rule there for car seats.
