Anyone own a baby bullet and a magic bullet? Is there much of a difference other than the storage containers that come with the baby bullet?

I registered for and received a baby bullet at my baby shower. I also received an extra set of storage containers. I'm beginning to wonder if there is really any difference between the magic bullet (which I also own) and the baby bullet. I'm debating returning the baby bullet and using the store credit towards something else. I would keep the extra set of storage containers and just use the magic bullet unless someone can tell me that there is a difference between the 2 products.

Is it worthwhile to keep the baby bullet since I already have the magic bullet?

I make many things for our DD in the Magic Bullet. My friend has the Baby Bullet AND the Magic Bullet, and says they are the same, that if she had gotten a gift reciept for the Baby Bullet, she would have returned it and bought more of the storage containers.

I say, return it and use the money towards something else.

Really - you don't need fancy storage containers. Fill up ice cube trays...freeze what ever, and then when frozen - just dump them into a freezer-container.

I know... it's old school!

That's what I did..easy peasy. Also if you already have a food processor then the bullets are a waste of money and redundant.

1 ice cube of food equals about 1oz of food (if I am remember correctly).

I don't have a food processor. Up until now the only thing I have ever even used the magic bullet for is to make smoothies.

Baby bullet is definitely going back with the storage containers :thumbsup2
