AWW!!! I love the baby Brookie bump! Such an adorable little girl!
The Dismeet looked like a lot of fun!
Was today the first day of summer vacation? If so, how did you spend it? I remember the sense of freedom and relief I felt the day after I turned in my grades! I wanted to run around in circles and play outside until it was dark, just like I did when I was 10. :giggle:
Yeah, we enjoyed seeing the 'little' little girl again. She's still an eating machine, too.
The Dis meet was fun. It's amazing how naturally you can talk to someone you don't know yet you do know. We just talked like we had met each other ten times before.
Since Monday would have been a holiday anyway, yes, yesterday was the first full day of vacation. I spent it very productively. I bought a shelf unit to put in the back/empty/Disney stuff/school stuff/closet room to put Brooklynn's toys on, so I spent a little while getting her things from on the floor and in sacks and tubs and put them all on the shelf. I washed two loads of clothes and did a sinkful of dishes. I Dised. I worked on bills. I e-mailed Kristi and her mom a bunch of information about the November trip, and now there are being changes made in it, which I'll talk about later. I worked on my grad class. That's about it. Nothing exciting, but it was sure nice to just be home.
jacobsmom00 - The meet was fun. If you get a chance to have one in your area, you should do it. I'm truly a very shy, quiet person in the real world, but with Disney stuff, for some reason, I am able to feel comfortable talking to others.
snowbell - I hope it works out for you guys to have a good meet. I'll look forward to seeing the pictures. I wish Glenda could also plan a November trip. And declansdad and pooksma and twob4him and TCKK and scottny and carrieannie and Beana and hlrababy and pooh'smate and k_reile and EVERYBODY on this report. That would be fun! As it is now, it looks like we'll at least get to meet you and Swans and Nicole.
hlrababy - Maybe a meet in the making? You guys will have to exchange exact dates and places you're staying and eating to see if you can work something out.
Lovemy3babes - I love Epcot! So much to photograph! Have you ever seen the Chinese acrobats in person? If not, put that on your list for the future.
I love seeing your little angels in your posts. They look so sweet. They will have so much fun whenever you go back. They're at great ages to have so much fun at Disney World! They're too old to be whiny, old enough to understand about having to wait their turn, and not old enough to have teenage attitudes.
TCKK - 10 weeks! Pretty exciting! Have you bought anything new for the trip this week? That always makes it seem closer, even of you're just buying a poncho or something simple. Knowing it is for the trip makes it seem closer.
Beana9802 - Those pictures are from loooong ago in the trip - the first few pages. We had such fun, and it was more exciting knowing everyone was going. This time, we know Kristi isn't going, Trent is only going for part of the time, and Drew is iffy because of working. It's still exciting as far as going to Disney World, but it would be so much better if everyone could go again.
TSMAMI - It was a lot of fun. We're hoping to have a Pop party around Father's Day. Works out beautifully, huh?
I've been curious, what do the letters in your screen name stand for?
scottny - How's the apartment hunting going?
VandyFan10 and
punkin413 - I'm glad you found shirts for a good price! The picture did turn out better than I thought. When I looked at it on Erica's camera, it looked too light in the middle section, so I was worried it would be bad.
