I'm so tired. I barely slept last night and worked all day. I'm not complaining about working. I'm happy to get the hours, but it would have been nice to sleep last night. I rarely sit when I'm working. The little guy and I keep pretty busy or I'm cleaning the kitchen and doing dishes. Can't wait to crawl into bed tonight.

It sure is. I guess everyone is already in vacation mode (not that I have vacation - I'm just in vacation mode.) I think other than Christmas, I am looking forward to having the break from the kids being in school. No car pools, no dance classes, no rushing here and there (other than going to work.) DH has the 2 weeks off so he'll be home with the girls.

He works for a college so he gets off the 2 weeks at Christmas and Spring Break (not the same as the kids) without it counting towards his time off. He's very lucky. I don't mind working at this time, it's not busy at all.

I'm starting to think we are insane. We are having a garage sale tomorrow in the middle of all the holiday madness of parties, shopping, and wrapping. I have to get all the stuff ready today but I'm also getting my hair done and getting some Christmas shopping done.

Yet, I'm sitting here on the DIS rather than doing what I should.

...had to take my furbaby to the vet the other day - she had a bad ear infection.... drops in her ears once a day and a pill and she's already much better!

Glad she is feeling better. Was it yeast in her ears? My brother's golden has an ear yeast infection right now. He needs my daughter to keep the ear hair trimmed. Needs better air flow.
